Falling hair has never been a problem with me , I think my hair roots ate securely embedded in my scalp! Whether, I comb my hair or brush it, they just never seem to fall off. I attribute this to the fact that I have been using a coconut oil based , lavender scented shampoo . I also don't dye my hair so maybe the dye stuff has not weakened my hair roots yet.
But what I do regularly use for my hair is the juice of about 8 calamansi. I apply it to my scalp or use a fine tooth comb to let the juices go through my hair. I think it gives my hair a natural shine.
During nights when my grandchildren sleep over, and they see me preparing my nightly rituals of coconut oil and calamansi--- they will one day ask me if I am a macaroon or a calamansi shake.
I will tell them that I am both!

Hi May i know the brand of your shampoo and where i can get it? do you put calamansi after the shampoo?
Thanks!
Please call 6375154, look for vangie. You can ask about the shampoo. I put the calamansi juice after you rinse off the shampoo. If you have long hair you might need more calamansi . Let calamansi stay in your hair for a few minutes. Then rinse off if you wish. Sometimes, I don't rinse off the calamansi anymore. You can try and see which works best for your hair. Keep me posted. Thanks
Thanks so much, will keep you posted. hope you can also blog about healthy foods/ supplements. God bless!
Yes, I will blog about healthy food soon, thanks for following my blog. .
I really love your blog! I've been suffering from severe endometriosis for many years now and new research shows that environmental toxins could be the root cause of the disease. I have now started to eat clean, use non toxic household cleaning materials and cosmetics. Yourblog is informative and I look forward to reading it every day. Thank you!!
Hi anonymous, perhaps you can try removing salt from your diet . You can observe if this will help your endometriosis.
Hi! another wow tip from you. This I will surely try today, I've given up on different anti-falling hair shampoos. Will let you know how this will work on me (with crossed fingers) hehe :)
